Thing #14: Library 2.0 & Web 2.0

The way that I have seen Library 2.0 going is more educational - educating staff and customers of new technologies. I think it is imporant for both customers and staff to be aware of the technologies. However, I do not always find that all 2.0 tools are valuable for libraries.
